The admission process involves four steps: 1) Submission of online application with required documents, 2) Entrance test for applicable classes, 3) Interaction with admission panel (student & parents), 4) Admission offer and fee payment. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks from application to confirmation.
Entrance tests are conducted for classes I and above. For Nursery and KG, we conduct a basic skill assessment and interaction. The test format varies by class and typically includes English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge/Science based on the applying class level.
Required documents include: Birth certificate, Aadhaar card of student, previous year's report card, transfer certificate (if applicable), passport size photographs, medical fitness certificate, parent's Aadhaar cards, address proof, and income certificate (if applying for fee concession). Yes, we offer merit-based scholarships for students scoring above 90% in previous class. Need-based fee concessions are available for economically disadvantaged students with valid income certificates. We also offer a 10% sibling discount for the second child. Details are available with the admission office.
We welcome transfer students throughout the academic year, subject to seat availability. Transfer students must provide a valid transfer certificate from their previous school and may need to appear for an assessment to determine appropriate class placement. For CBSE to CBSE transfers, the process is streamlined.
School timings are 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM for all classes. The academic year begins in April and ends in March, with summer vacation in May-June and winter break in December. Detailed academic calendar is available on our website and provided to parents upon admission.
